Spirit and Breath are the same word in Aramaic.\n\nThe invitation to be humbly aware of God breathing us causes all effort to cease. This wonderful aide to tender vigilance rises in our Right Mind and takes our daily Course practice to a whole new level. In the sweet Stillness\, Holy Spirit teaches\, translates\, and guides us as we directly experience the Truth in the sacred words. We are not thinking or studying ‘about’ it.
